Product Description
A Connecting Rod is a part of an internal combustion engine that connects the piston to the crankshaft. The Connecting Rod has two ends one smaller end and one larger end the smaller end connects to the piston and the larger end connects to the crankshaft. At the smaller end, there is a bearing that connects to the piston pin. The Piston Pin allows the connecting rod to pivot as the piston moves up and down in the cylinder bore. The larger end of the connecting rod has a bearing that interfaces with the crankshaft's crankpin.
