The Seal Adapter is a part to provides a seal between the Transmission fluid and the Planetary Gears. The Seal Adapter is made of metal and is made to fit snugly over the Planetary Carrier. The Seal Adapter is responsible for preventing transmission fluid from leaking out of the planetary system and into the surrounding environment.
