8I-1341: Speed Reducer Output Plate

The Speed Reducer Output Plate, also known as a gear reduction output plate is designed to transmit the rotational motion and torque from the speed reducer to the connected load. It is designed with an external involute spline to fit with the gear coupling in the reducer and is typically made of steel to withstand the loads and stresses that are encountered in the assembly. Attributes: • Provided with high strength and wear resistance • Provided with a pressure angle of 30° for better lubrication • Hardened to Rockwell C scale hardness of 40-45 HRC to increase the strength and wear resistance Applications: The Speed Reducer Output Plate is used to transmit the torque or power from the Speed Reducer to the connected load in the Elevator Drive.
