8L-3562: Fuel Injection Rack

A Rack is a long, thin piece of metal that has a series of slots cut into it. The collar is a round piece of metal that fits over the end of the rack. The pins are small, cylindrical pieces of metal that fit into the slots in the rack. The function of the rack assembly is to move the plunger in the fuel injection pump. The plunger controls the amount of fuel that is injected into the engine.
