Product Description
The helical gears are designed with slanted tooth traces which have a larger contact ratio when meshed with the mating gear. The gear system consists of a helical gear attached to the pump shaft, which is driven by another gear-driving unit. It allows for a smoother and quieter operation. Attributes: • Provided with a pressure relief angle of 20 degrees for additional power transmission. • Hardened to Rockwell C scale hardness of 47-55 which increases the toughness, strength, and hardness. Applications: The helical gear is used in the pump shaft drive assembly of heavy machinery.
