It is typically used in dynamic applications where there is relative motion between components, such as pistons and cylinders or rotating shafts. Attributes: • Enhance the overall sealing performance of the cylinder system. • The wear ring acts as a barrier between the boom cylinder and the boom. • Prevent direct contact between the two metal surfaces.
