8X-3572: 7.92mm Thick Flange Orifice Plate

Description: A Flange Orifice Plate is used in the Hydraulic Lift Cylinder Lines to regulate the flow of fluid and control the movement of the cylinder. The Orifice Plate is a thin plate with a hole in the center that determines the flow rate of the fluid passing through the hose. It comes in a range of sizes, thicknesses, and other features depending on the requirements. Attributes: • Provided with 4 mounting holes to fit the fastener of size 3/8" • Provided with a groove to fit the Seal-O-Ring for a tight seal. • High strength, wear resistance, and withstands high fluid pressures. • Provided with an orifice diameter of 4mm to prevent sudden or jerky movements of the cylinder by smoothing out the flow of the fluid. Applications: A Flange Orifice Plate is used to regulate the flow rate of the hydraulic fluid in the Lift or Hoist Cylinder Lines, mostly used in CAT 69D, 73D, 769C, 769D, 770, 770G, 771C, 771D, 772, 772G, 773, 773B, 773D, 773E, 773F, 773G, 773GC, 775, 775B, 775D, 775E, 775F, 775G and 777G Truck (Incl Truck Tractors), 770 and 772 OEM Applications.
