Product Description

The Alternator Stator is used to convert mechanical energy into electrical energy in an Alternator. When the alternator's rotor spins, it creates a rotating magnetic field within the stator. As the magnetic field passes through the stator windings, it induces an alternating current (AC) voltage. The AC voltage generated in the stator windings is then rectified to direct current (DC) by the alternator's rectifier unit. Attributes: • Designed with a laminated core with 48 slots that hold copper wire windings • Designed to withstand the high temperatures and electrical loads experienced during operation. Applications: The Alternator Stator is used to provide electrical power for charging the battery.
