9V-8693: Parking Brake Actuator

Description: A Parking brake actuator is a component that controls the application and release of the parking brake system. It is located near the rear brakes, as it is responsible for engaging and disengaging the parking brake on the rear wheels. It is controlled electronically through a switch or a button located on the vehicle's dashboard. When the driver activates the parking brake, either by pulling a switch or pressing a button, the actuator receives a signal to engage the parking brake. Attributes: • Maximum working pressure is 862 kPa. • Maximum release pressure is 365 kPa • Provide immediate braking response when needed. Applications: A Parking brake actuator ensures the safe and secure immobilization of a vehicle when parked.
