An Orifice Plug is designed to regulate fluid flow and pressure within the Carrier. It is made from high-strength Steel material to withstand harsh working conditions encountered during the operation. The Plug features a small Orifice or hole drilled through its center and a Hexagonal Socket design. The primary purpose is to ensure proper lubrication and optimal performance of the Differential mechanism. Attributes: • Hardened to Rockwell C scale hardness of 36-45 HRC, which determines it's resistant to deformation and wear • Hexagonal Socket design provides a secure grip and prevents slippage during tightening or loosening Applications: An Orifice Plug serves as a flow control element, maintaining the desired operating conditions within the Differential Carrier.
