Description: A Transfer Gear is a critical part of the drivetrain of many four-wheel drives. The Transfer Case consists of several gears and shafts that work together to transmit power from the transmission to the front and rear axles. The input shaft of the transfer case is connected to the transmission's output shaft, while the output shafts are linked to the front and rear differentials. Attributes: • Hardness of HRC 59 indicates material has excellent wear resistance • Manufactured to precise specifications and are built for durability, reliability • Provided with helix angel of 18.5 degree • Provided with left-hand helix Applications: A Transfer Gear is used to distribute the torque to all the wheels, this is widely used in Cat D6R, and D6T Track Type Tractor, PL72 Pipelayer.
