195-7232: Bucket Top Wear Plate Cover

A Bucket Wear Plate is used to protect the bucket from the abrasive and high-stress conditions it encounters during operation. Instead of needing to replace the entire bucket or larger, more expensive sections, the wear plate can be replaced when they wear out. The wear plate helps to maintain the bucket's structural integrity and ensures optimal performance. Attributes: • Hardened to Rockwell C scale hardness of 42 minimum, which determines it's resistant to deformation and wear • Withstands the vibrations and forces that are generated during operation Applications: A Bucket Wear Plate is used on the left side of the bucket to absorb and dissipate the wear and impact pressures that the bucket encounters while in use.
