A right hand camshaft helical gear is the teethed sprockets bolted to the ends of the camshafts that are spun by either belts or chains from the crankshaft. When the gears are turned, the teeth mesh together and transmit motion and power from one shaft to the other. Attributes: • The normal diametrical pitch and helix angle of the helical gear is 10mm and 17.75 • The normal module of the helical gear is 2.54 • Manufactured with hardened steel of hardness value of 77 which has the ability to withstand moderate levels of stress without deforming.
