Description: A Hammer Piston is a component of a hydraulic hammer that actuates the work tool. Attributes: Cat® Hammer Pistons have a longer design that helps to minimize recoil stress and hydraulic pulsation through the hammer. This results in dampened vibration which in turn protects the carrier and operator.
