20R-6980: Reman Piston Pump

Description: A Reman Piston Pump is used to generate fluid flow. A piston pump consists of a set of pistons that reciprocate within cylinders. As the pistons move back and forth, they create alternating suction and compression strokes. This action draws hydraulic fluid into the pump's inlet side during the suction stroke and then forces it out under pressure through the outlet during the compression stroke. This results in a pulsating flow of hydraulic fluid.
