20R-9959: Cat® 3054C Reman Upgrade-to-new (UTN) Long Block

Description: Cat Reman long blocks such as part # 20R-9959 are an assembled block, crankshaft, rod and pistons, cylinder head, camshaft, valve train, front housing, and lifting eyes. Cat Reman long blocks are disassembled, thoroughly flushed to meet rigid cleanliness standards, and inspected for cracks, erosion, or other damage. Block top decks and cylinder head bottom decks are resurfaced to original specifications. Crankshafts are reground, polished, and checked for lift endplay. All bearings, seals, gaskets and piston rings are replaced with new Cat parts. Long blocks are tested electronically for consistent quality and long life.
