A Spacer is designed to be installed in-between the flexible mount and the generator in generator assembly, also known as a clearance spacer or standoff, and is a small cylindrical part used to create a gap or distance between two components. They are also used to provide positioning assistance between components. They come in a range of sizes and thicknesses. Attributes: Provide durability and long-lasting due to the strength of steel. Handle high pressure without deforming or breaking. Help to reduce vibration, which can improve efficiency and reduce wear and tear. Provided with Zinc Plated for better corrosion resistance. Applications: A Spacer is used located in between the parts being fastened in the generator assembly. It is widely used in Cat® C4.4 Generator Sets.
