Description: Cat adapter connectors secure and protect wiring harness connection points. Cat adapters are used as connection points for conflicted/nonstandard sized components. Attributes: • Half of a self-locking nylon wiring adapter for Ampseal 16 2-pin connector plug • Two halves are required for one complete backshell • Cable Exit Angle: 180° (In-Line) • Fits conduit size NC12/NW10 • Heat shrink retention feature • Window must be broken on one half to complete connection • Optional self tapping screw slots for extra strength • ROHS compliant Application: Adapters are used to allow engine electronics to meet wiring harness standards and to connect incompatible wire connections.
