A Heater Core is used to provide heat to the cabin area, ensuring comfortable working conditions for the operator in colder weather. It consists of a network of small-diameter tubes made of durable materials, connected to inlet and outlet headers. The tubes are arranged in a parallel configuration to maximize the heat transfer surface area within the available space. Coolant from the engine's cooling unit circulates through the Heater Core, and as it passes through the Core's tubes, heat is conducted from the coolant to the walls of the tubes. The warm tubes then transfer this heat to the air flowing over their surface, thus raising the temperature of the cabin air.
