A Rectangular Gasket is a seal which fills the space between two or more mating surfaces, generally to prevent leakage from or into the joined objects while under compression. Gaskets use compression to provide a tight, leak free seal between mating parts. Cat gaskets are designed using the right combination of materials and deliver performance and application. Attributes: • Manufactured from rubber material to adapt to temperature and pressure changes. • Provided with 30 Mounting holes each of diameter 10.5mm Application: A Rectangular Gasket is used in various applications, these are anti-vibration, packaging, noise and sound reduction, and most importantly, its most common use, sealing. Gasket are used in many static joints throughout Cat machines and engines.
