The Hand Control Lever is located on the right-hand side of the operator cabin, within easy reach of the operator's hand. It is a small, joystick-like device with a handle that the operator can move in any direction. When the operator moves the handle, it sends a signal to the stabilizer's hydraulic system, which causes the stabilizer to move in the corresponding direction.
