Description:Cat light duty temperature sensors use thermocouples for sensing temperature. The sensor electronic module is plastic with an integral connector. The sensor harness is protected by glass fiber sheathing. All light duty temperature sensors are active sensors with CAN, Analog, or PWM output.Attributes:• Lower cost than heavy duty temperature sensors• Fast response• Available in various thread sizes and harness lengthsApplications:• Light duty temperature sensors are primarily used on engine exhaust after treatment systems and turbo inlet and outlet temperatures.• Cat temperature sensors are application specific sensors.
