The Link Support Plate is a part of the latch assembly on the suction fan support assembly. It provides a mounting surface for the latch assembly and transfers loads from the latch assembly to the suction fan support assembly. This helps to prevent the latch assembly from vibrating and maintains its alignment. The Link Support Plate also protects the latch assembly from damage.
