A Rocker Switch operates on the principle of mechanical actuation to open or close an electrical circuit. It consists of a pivoting rocker mechanism that, when pressed on one side, makes contact with electrical terminals, completing the circuit and allowing the flow of electricity. When pressed on the opposite side, the rocker mechanism breaks the contact, interrupting the circuit and stopping the flow of electricity.
