Descriptions: The Exhaust Shield Bracket is used to hold the shield of the Exhaust setup tightly to reduce heat. It is designed to hold the components securely in place and bolted to the Radiator, which helps to ensure safe and efficient operation. It is available in various shapes, positions, and alignments based on the applications. The Bracket is typically attached to the wall or floor using screws or bolts. Attributes: • No sharp corners permitted and all edges must be broken. • Provide with a mounting hole to fit the fastener of size 5/16. • High corrosion resistance and high tensile strength. • Distribute loads and reduce stress concentrations to increase the overall structural strength. • Withstand any vibrations or movement that might occur during operation. Applications: The Exhaust Shield Brackets are used to hold together the Shield components and support with other Brackets of the Exhaust and are mounted on the Cylinder Block of the Engine, mostly used in Cat G3512, G3516, G3516B Generator Sets, G3520B, G3516B, G3508B, G3512J, and G3520J Gas Engines.
