Description: A Spindle Retainer is a component used to secure a spindle in place. It typically consists of a cylindrical piece of metal that is designed to fit in the spindle and to withstand the stresses and loads generated during normal operation. The Retainer prevents the final drive spindle from moving laterally or coming out of its housing, ensuring proper operation. Attributes: • Provided with 4 mounting holes to fit the fastener of size 5/16" • Manufactured from ductile cast iron which provides high strength, vibration damping, and wear resistance. • Provided with a groove for Seal-O-Ring. Applications: A Spindle Retainer is used to hold and secure the spindle in Final Drive, mostly used in CAT R1600G and R1600H Load Haul Dump.
