The Bucket Tip Adapter is designed to protect the Bucket from damage by absorbing the shock of impact when the Bucket strikes the ground. The Adapter typically consists of a flexible section and two solid end connections which serve as a flexible joint that accommodates movement, thermal expansion, and vibration in the unit. The Penetration Plus Tip is inserted into the Tip Adapter and provides a secure and stable connection. It is placed on the left side of the Bucket.
