487-3034: Solenoid Control Valve

A Solenoid Control Valve is to control the flow of fluid and provide a means to Shut Off the fluid supply in a unit. It consists of a Solenoid coil, a movable plunger or spool, a Valve body, and ports. When the Solenoid coil is energized, the plunger is pulled towards it, causing the Valve to open. This allows fluid to flow through the Valve and into the downstream equipment. Conversely, when the Solenoid coil is de-energized, the plunger returns to its original position, closing the Valve and stopping the flow of fluid.
