The Brake Master Cylinder is a component of a hydraulic braking system. The master cylinder is housed in a sturdy metal or aluminum casing to protect its internal components and provide structural integrity. The cylinder bore is a precisely machined cylindrical cavity where the piston(s) move(s) back and forth. The master cylinder has inlet and outlet ports that connect it to the hydraulic brake lines.
