Description: A Track Bush is used in the track of the undercarriage unit to provide a sliding or rotating interface between two parts. It is often made of a low-friction material, that reduces friction and wear between the two surfaces. It helps to maintain alignment between the shaft and the surrounding structure. The bush is usually placed within the housing, and the shaft passes through its central bore. Attributes: • Provides more strength, and hardness as the material is cold extruded • Offers more toughness as it had gone through the heat treatment process of quenching • Rockwell hardness of C57-62 for better wear resistance Applications: A Track Bush is used to support and enable smooth rotational or sliding motion between two parts, mostly used in Cat 225, 225B, 229, 229D, 231D, 235, 235C, and 325 Excavators, 227 Tree Harvester, 910 Wheel Loader, D6C, D6D, and D6H Track Type Tractor.
