Description: Track shoes provide flotation and traction for the machine and protection for the link assembly. Master track shoes are installed over the master track link. Attributes: • Single grouser track shoes provide higher traction and but less turning ability. • Moderate service track shoes are the best shoes for low to medium impact and abrasive conditions. Moderate service track shoes provide the best penetration and traction, resist wear and bending and are available in various widths and modifications. Moderate service track shoes are rolled from modified medium carbon steel.
