An Aftercooler Core operates on the principle of heat exchange. As the hot compressed air or gas passes through the tubes, it transfers its heat to the walls of the tubes. Simultaneously, the cool water flowing around the tubes absorbs this heat, causing the temperature of the compressed air or gas to decrease. Attributes: • Lower pressure drop allows for better airflow and reduces the load on the compressor • Minimize pressure drop while still achieving effective cooling.
