590-4580: Track Link Assembly (GLT)

Description: 590-4580 is a grease lubricated track link assembly. Link assemblies, driven by sprocket and final drive, provide support to the machine weight, a rail for the machine to run on, and a place for the shoes to attach. Attributes: • General Duty Grease Lubricated Track (GLT) Track Assembly • Track Pitch: 190 mm (7.5 in) • Number of Track Sections: 44 • General Duty Track was developed to provide you a cost effective option for later-in-life-cycle or lower use machines. It is offered at a low initial price and designed for run to destruction. All Cat Undercarriage is backed by Undercarriage Assurance and made by Caterpillar and is hardened and quality tested to ensure productivity and performance appropriate to jobsite needs. • Grease Lubricated Track features internally greased pins and bushings to eliminate contact and friction, each track joint sealed to retain the grease. This improves internal wear life by 25% over sealed track, decreases undercarriage noise and reduces the potential of frozen or seized joints.
