A Temperature Sensor is a device that is used to measure the temperature. The sensor works by measuring the electrical resistance of a thermistor, which is a resistor that changes its resistance with temperature. The change in resistance is then converted into a temperature reading, displayed and recorded. It consists of a temperature sensor, bulk tube, wiring harness, and plug connector. Attributes: • Probe operating temperature ranges from -40°C to +150°C • Withstanding pressures of up to 3000 kPa, while the connector seal ensures reliable performance even under 35 kPa conditions • Provided with 2 pin connector • Offers real-time temperature data, allowing for immediate detection and response to temperature changes Applications: A Temperature Sensor measures the temperature of liquids and gases. It is used in an engine electrical and starting system, which including engine coolant, engine oil, fuel, air, and hydraulic oil.
