6F-7593: Square Gasket

The Square Gasket is a seal which fills the space between two or more mating surfaces, generally used to prevent leakage from or into the joined objects while under compression. Gaskets are normally made from a flat material, a sheet such as paper, rubber, silicone, metal, cork, felt, neoprene, nitrile rubber, fiberglass, polytetrafluoroethylene (otherwise known as PTFE or Teflon) or a plastic polymer (such as polychlorotrifluoroethylene). Attributes: • Provided with 4 mounting holes to fit the fastener of diameter 3/8" • Manufactured to precise specifications and are built for durability, reliability, productivity. • Designed to withstand high temperatures and pressures, allowing them to maintain their sealing ability. Applications: The Square Gasket is used on applications where anti-vibration, packaging, noise and sound reduction are required.
