7J-7235: Emergency Valve

An Emergency Valve is located near the air compressor and is responsible for controlling the flow of air to the brake chambers. The brake pedal is pressed the solenoid is energized, allowing air to flow into the relay piston. This air pressure forces the relay piston to move, opening the valve and allowing air to flow into the brake chambers. Attributes: • Providing controlled and gradual braking • Air pressure allows for immediate and powerful braking action Applications: An Emergency Valve is used to provide an additional layer of braking power in emergencies, helping to ensure the safety of the machine.
