The Heat Exchanger Element is used to transfer heat between two fluids and maintains the proper operating temperature of engines and other components. Fluids flow through alternating channels between the plates, and the heat is transferred between the fluids through the metal plates. Attributes: • Cool the hydraulic oil and prevent it from overheating • Filter the hydraulic oil and remove any contaminants Applications: The Heat Exchanger Element is used to transfer heat from the engine coolant to the hydraulic oil.
