20R-4002: Cat® Reman Turbocharger

Cat Reman turbochargers such as 20R-4002 are designed, manufactured, and tested to withstand the extreme temperatures and pressures inside your engine. During remanufacture, each unit is assembled using all new thrust and antifriction bearings for long life and high performance, and center housings are tested for seal integrity. All rotating assemblies are dynamically balanced using the same equipment that balances new units. Then qualification tests gauge fuel consumption, response time, torque rise, heat rejection and horsepower. Each unit includes all critical engineering updates, and is rigorously tested against original specifications, so you know you’re getting genuine Caterpillar reliability.
