A Planetary Carrier is designed to transmit the torque and rotational motion. The Carrier serves as a central hub or housing for the Planet gears, which are arranged around it. It has a circular shape with a central bore that allows it to be mounted onto the Final Drive Shaft. Attributes: • Provides torsional stiffness to handle high torque loads without excessive deformation or misalignment • Helps to distribute the load evenly across the Gears Applications: A Planetary Carrier is used to hold and support the Planetary Gears within the Final Drive unit.
