A Planetary Carrier is designed to transmit torque and distribute power between the different gears within the Planetary Gear Set. It consists of a central hub that supports multiple gears, which are called Planetary gears. These gears are evenly spaced around the Carrier and engage with other gears in the Planetary set. Attributes: • Allows for enhanced Gear engagement • Ensures smooth operation due to distributed load and balanced forces Applications: A Planetary Carrier is used in Transmission to hold the Planet Gears in Place and allow them to rotate around the Central axis.
