A Bucket Center Cutting Edge Wear Plate is a protective part that is used to protect the center cutting edge of the bucket which is the primary contact point with the ground or material being excavated. The center wear plate, made from a hard, abrasion-resistant material like hardened steel, is located at the top of the center cutting-edge segments of the bucket. It protects the cutting edge from the abrasive and high-stress conditions it encounters during operation. Attributes: • Withstands the vibrations and forces that are encountered during operation • Helps absorb impacts from rocks, debris, or other hard materials encountered during digging or loading • Hardened to Rockwell C scale hardness value of 38 HRC to increase the strength and wear resistance Applications: A Bucket Center Cutting Edge Wear Plate is used on the top of the center cutting edge segments of the bucket to absorb and dissipate the wear and impact forces that the bucket faces during operation.
