Description: A Single Flange Track Roller is used in tracked machines. It is designed to support and guide the track chain enabling smooth movement of the machine over various terrains. It consists of a cylindrical roller with flanges on one side. The flange acts as a guide, preventing the track chain from slipping off the roller. Attributes: • Prevents tracks from slipping off to allow tracks to move smoothly and efficiently. • Provides traction and improves the machine's ability to navigate challenging surfaces. Applications: A Single Flange Track Roller is used to distribute the weight of the machine evenly and reduce wear and tear on the track, mostly used in Cat 374F, 390E, 390F, and 395 Excavators, RH55 Underground Mining.
