A Link Track Shoe is used to provide traction between the equipment and the ground. The double grouser, which is the protrusion on the outer surface of the track shoe, digs into the terrain and grips the ground as the equipment moves. This traction prevents slippage, allowing the equipment to move efficiently and effectively even on challenging surfaces such as loose soil, mud, snow, gravel, or uneven terrains.
