Description: Cat water-in-fuel (WIF) sensors, such as 557-9692, detect the presence of free water and monitors for contaminants within fuel through the principles of laser light scattering. WIF sensors are used in conjunction with other fuel filtration components to keep fuel clean and dry. Attributes: • Supply Voltage: 8-32 V • Mount Type: Top/Side Mount • Sensor Housing Thread Size: 1/2-20 UNF • Connector Series: Ampseal 16 • Connector Pin Count: 3 • Sensed Media: Water in Fuel • Operating Temperature: -40° C to 100° C (-40° F to 212° F) Application: Cat sensors are application specific.
