Description: A Gear Pump is a rotary positive displacement pump in which two gears mesh to provide the pumping action. The Gear Pump consists of two identical meshing gears working in a fine clearance inside a casing. The fluid is carried around between the gears from the suction pipe to the delivery pipe. Attributes: • Discharge per revolution is 80.91cc • Direction of rotation is reversible when viewed on the end of the drive shaft • Inlet Pressure (Absolute) range for the pump is 0.7 to 3bar • Maximum continuous pressure is 200bar • Speed at 200bar is in the range of 400RPM to 2200RPM • Provided with HNBR/ Viton shaft seal to prevent the leakage of fluid from the rotating shaft Applications: A Gear Pump is used to provide hydraulic power needed for Power Steering, mostly used in Cat 24 Motor Grader, 824, 824G, 824H, 824K, 834G, 834H, and 834K Wheel Type Tractors, 825G and 826G Compactor, 834, 980G, 980H, 980K, 986, 986H, 986K, 988, 988G, 988H, 988K, R1600, R1600G, R1600H and R1700 Wheel Loader, 980H AD30 Truck, R1700 Underground Mining, TR35 and TR43 Powertrain.
