565-4423: Track Link Assembly

Description: A Track Link is a component of an Undercarriage, which connects the track shoes to form the continuous Track that allows the vehicle to move over rough terrain. The assembly of the Track Link consists of parts like Stopper, Track Bushing, Bush End Link, Track Link, Pin End Link, and Track Master Bolt. The Pins and Bushings allow the Links to pivot and articulate relative to each other, which enables the track to conform to uneven ground and maintain traction. Attributes: • Provided with a secure seal and internal lubrication for the pins and bushings. • Positive Pin Retention refers to a design feature that ensures that the pins remain securely in place, even under heavy loads and extreme operating conditions. • Distributes the load evenly over the track shoes and onto the ground, providing support and stability. Applications: A Track Link is used to provide better traction and stability for the movement of the Track assembly in the Undercarriage, mostly used in Cat 325, 336, 527 and D6T Oem Applications, 527 Skidder, 566 and PL72 Pipelayer, 924G, 936, 936E and 950F Wheel Loaders, D6, D6D, D6H, D6M, D6R, and D6T Track Type Tractors.
