Description: The Compactor Wheel Tip is positioned at the outer edge of the compactor wheel which is used to alter the density and stability of the soil or waste material being compacted. These tips are mostly made of durable materials and are designed to withstand the high-pressure forces and abrasion encountered. Attributes: • Provided with Plus shaped design for improved penetration and traction • Treated by direct hardening process resulting in surface hardness of 2.55 on the Brinell scale and 2.7 on the Brinell scale at a depth of 20mm which indicates optimum strength and wear resistance Applications: The Compactor Wheel Tip is used in the Wheels of the Compactor to compress and compact waste materials in landfills, this is mostly used in Cat 826, 826G, 826H, 826K, 836, 836G, 836H and 836K Compactor, 836 Head - Corn (8 Row - 36").
