Description: A Track Sprocket, also known as a Sprocket wheel, is designed to transmit power and motion from the engine to the Tracks, enabling smooth movement over various terrains. It is made of durable Steel material to withstand intense forces and wear it will encounter during operation. The Track Sprocket consists of a circular disc with a series of teeth evenly spaced around its circumference. Attributes: • Hardened to Rockwell C scale hardness of 49-54 HRC, which determines its resistance to deformation and wear • Withstands heavy loads and high torque without deforming Applications: A Track Sprocket acts as a gear to transfer power from the engine to the Undercarriage Tracks, this Track Sprocket is mostly used in Cat 239D, 246D, 249D, 255, 257D, 259B, 259D, and 265 Skid Steers, 259D OEM Applications.
