8N-7929: Thrust Bearing

A Thrust Bearing is used to support axial loads or loads that are applied in the direction of the shaft. The crankshaft thrust bearing is located at one of the main bearing journals, the center or rear main bearing. The thrust bearing prevents the crankshaft from moving too far forward or backward, which is important for maintaining proper alignment of the rotating assembly.
